Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
The short version. Every DevForge tool runs entirely in your browser. Text you paste into a tool is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored — there is no server-side processing of your input at all. We do not require an account and we do not collect personal information to use the tools. Third-party advertising on these pages does use cookies, as described below.
1. Information we do not collect
Because the tools execute client-side, the following never happens:
- Your input text is not transmitted to any server.
- Your input text is not stored, logged, or retained.
- Your input text is not used to train any model or improve any service.
- No account is required, so no account data is collected.
If you paste a JWT, an API payload, a document or a prompt into a tool, that content remains in your browser tab and is discarded when you close it.
2. Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when your browser requests a page. This may include:
- IP address
- Browser type and version, and operating system
- The page requested and the referring page
- Timestamp of the request
This is server access logging, generated automatically by the act of loading a page. It is used for security, troubleshooting and aggregate traffic statistics. It is not combined with any tool input, because there is no tool input on our side to combine it with.
3. Cookies and third-party advertising
This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited (for users in the EEA and UK) and Google LLC (elsewhere).
How Google uses cookies here
- Google and its partners use cookies — including the
DoubleClickcookie — to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet. - These cookies may be used to select advertising based on your interests, to limit how often you see a given ad, and to measure campaign performance.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons and similar technologies, to collect information as a result of ad serving on this site.
Your choices
- Opt out of personalised advertising — visit Google Ads Settings, where you can control the ads you see and disable personalisation.
- Industry opt-out — the Digital Advertising Alliance (US), Your Online Choices (EU), and Ad Choices (Canada) offer consolidated opt-outs across participating companies.
- Block or delete cookies — every major browser lets you refuse third-party cookies or clear existing ones. Doing so will not prevent the tools from working, because the tools do not depend on cookies.
Note that opting out of personalised advertising does not remove ads; it removes the personalisation. You will still see advertising, but it will not be selected based on your interests.
Google Analytics
If analytics is enabled on this site, it uses cookies to collect aggregate statistics such as page views and referring sources, in order to understand which tools are useful. Analytics data is aggregate and is not linked to the content of any tool input. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on.
4. Children's privacy
This site is intended for a professional and general adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, please contact us and we will remove it.
5. Data storage and security
Since tool input is never transmitted to us, we hold no database of user content and there is no user content to secure or to breach. Standard HTTPS is used for all page delivery.
6. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because we do not collect personal data through the tools and hold no account data, in most cases there is no personal data held for us to produce.
For anything relating to advertising cookies, the relevant party is Google, and the controls are linked in section 3 above. For anything else, contact us and we will respond.
7. Links to other sites
Pages on this site link to external resources — documentation, specifications, vendor pricing pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Check their policies when you leave ours.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the site or in legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
